Financing an investment property can be one of the most challenging aspects in purchasing real estate. Most wholesale priced properties need to close quickly. The majority of our deals would be lost if we had to go through the conventional financing process with 30 day closing periods.

Over the past 36 years, our clients have borrowed millions of dollars from private lenders and banks that specialize in funding investment properties. Our relationships with these lenders make it easy for us to obtain financing for up to 100% of the contract purchase price without having to use conventional financing. Our preferred private lenders charge from 1 to 5 points and 10% - 16% interest only. There are generally no prepayment penalties.
